This jacket is made from an adorable vintage hand-stitched hand-pieced 40's era feed sack 8 point star quilt with real wool batting. Featuring deadstock Japanese wool blend glen check plackets and inside collar. Finished with vintage cream cotton edge binding and pocket lining. There are two front pockets and silver tone snap closures. Medium/heavy weight. Short version of the flora jacket pattern.
Quilt Condition: Good vintage condition- I suspect this quilt was put in the dryer as some of the wool batting has become dense/felted in areas, still very warm and in great condition for age. There is some discolouration on underside of quilt (seen only inside jacket)

Pit to pit: 23"
Shoulder (has a drop shoulder- measurement is from shoulder seam to shoulder seam): 23"
Arm length (from collar to sleeve cuff): 27.5"
Sleeve inseam (from armpit to cuff): 18"
Length (from back collar seam to hem): 21.5"
This pattern has a boxy cut providing more room across chest. Please review measurements and compare with a jacket you own to ensure desired fit.
