ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges accepted. No exceptions. All items sold on the estate are handmade and one-of-a-kind. I make every effort to provide accurate measurements, thorough descriptions, and detailed photos to represent each item exactly as it is. Note that all apparel and accessories are made with either vintage or thrifted textiles or a combination of both. With these kinds of materials it is expected there may be visible age, such as some blemishes, stains, discolouration, and small rips. Erma's Estate works to honour the beauty of these imperfections, while still producing quality construction that will last. Please carefully review product photos, descriptions, measurements, and the size chart before purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before you purchase.
