Shipping policy

ERMA'S ESTATE ONLY SHIPS WITHIN CANADA. I do not ship internationally yet. I use Canada Post as the sole carrier. I offer Expedited Parcel shipping on all orders under $200 (the cost for shipping orders under $200 is calculated at checkout), and FREE Expedited Parcel shipping on orders $200+ Canada wide.

I do not give refunds or replace lost/stolen/missing/damaged packages. Once your package has been given to the shipping carrier, it's officially out of my hands. You will be provided with the same estimated delivery dates and tracking information as me, so if you have any concerns or questions about tracking or delivery issues after I have shipped your package, please contact the shipping carrier for support. All apparel/accessories are one-of-a-kind handmade pieces, so they cannot be replaced. It is important that you provide Erma's Estate with accurate up-to-date shipping information, and it's essential that the delivery location you provide is safe and secure to avoid any lost/stolen/missing packages.
